Here at Residential PC Solutions, we offer a comprehensive range of support services for the home user and small business customer.  We provide on-site system service and repair, system installation and configuration as well as application installation and configuration.  We conveniently provide all of these support services to you at your home or office.  If your system should require repairs which would cause inconvenience in your home or office, we will gladly repair it in our shop.  Please review our fee schedule* below. Fee Schedule*

System installation and basic configuration (Includes removal of related packing boxes)

Single system: $75.00 -- additional systems at $50.00 ea. If system(s) purchased From RPCS: Free

Installation and configuration of Software Applications

 $50.00 per hour. 1/2 hour minimum charge with additional time billed in 1/4 hour increments.

On-site troubleshooting call / system repair

 $50.00 per hour. 1/2 hour minimum charge with additional time billed in 1/4 hour increments. Replacement component parts extra.

* All fees plus applicable taxes.  Additional travel charges may apply.

 



In no event shall Residential PC Solutions be liable under any circumstances for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, information files, or loss of any media from the computer or related hardware. Including but not limited to loss of business or profits.
